The SCA Green and SCS Green shockpad underlays have been specifically developed to improve the safety and comfort of sports and recreational areas equipped with artificial grass. Installed beneath Green Avenue surfaces, they help absorb impacts and reduce the risks associated with falls on playgrounds and sports facilities. Both systems comply with HIC (Head Injury Criterion) standards for critical fall heights.
Their cross-linked polyethylene foam construction ensures long-lasting performance in all weather conditions.
Green Avenue shockpad underlays are designed for public-use areas exposed to intensive use. They are particularly suitable for multi-use games areas (MUGAs), children’s playgrounds, leisure zones, slide landing areas, trampoline installations and other sports or recreational facilities requiring effective impact protection.
When combined with a suitable artificial grass surface, they help improve user safety whilst enhancing overall comfort.
Thanks to their closed-cell cross-linked polyethylene foam structure, SCA Green and SCS Green underlays retain their mechanical properties over time. They are resistant to weather variations, moisture and repeated use, ensuring consistent long-term performance.
