MS Green adhesive is a hybrid polymer sealant specifically designed for securing artificial grass to hard surfaces such as terraces, balconies, patios and mineral substrates. Easy to apply, it provides durable fixing of the edges and perimeters of artificial grass whilst ensuring a clean, discreet and secure finish.

Thanks to its advanced polymer technology, it offers excellent adhesion and outstanding resistance to external conditions.

A high-performance adhesive for outdoor landscaping projects

MS Green adhesive is formulated from a single-component hybrid polymer with a neutral curing system. When exposed to atmospheric moisture, it cures into a highly elastic and durable rubber-like material. This permanent elasticity allows it to absorb the natural movement of materials whilst maintaining long-term bonding performance.

Excellent weather resistance

Designed for outdoor use, MS Green adhesive provides long-lasting resistance to UV exposure, moisture, weathering and temperature fluctuations. It retains its adhesive properties and flexibility even in demanding climatic conditions, contributing to the longevity of artificial grass installations.

Ideal for terraces and balconies

Securing the perimeter of an artificial grass installation is essential to ensure stability and prevent edge lifting. MS Green adhesive is particularly suitable for terraces, balconies and other hard surfaces, where it provides reliable fixing whilst contributing to user safety. It can also be used for repair work or localised re-bonding of existing artificial grass installations.

Installation recommendations

To maintain the drainage capacity of artificial grass, Green Avenue recommends applying the adhesive as spaced adhesive spots or cross-shaped adhesive pads at approximately 30 cm intervals, rather than as a continuous bead around the entire perimeter.

This installation method promotes the natural drainage of rainwater whilst ensuring effective fixing.
